On May 29, CTOR Academy proudly celebrated the graduation of its inaugural Class of 2025. From their arrival in July 2022 through three years of rigorous training, these residents have been trailblazers, shaping the foundation of the Academy’s Advanced Education Program in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.

Farewell to our first graduating cohort: Drs. Shamelly Diaz, Hala Elsamna, Eric Halejian, Khalil Lion, Dayoon Lee, and Maria Muñoz. Faculty and colleagues have watched them grow into skilled, compassionate orthodontists ready to embark on the next chapter of their professional journeys.
The graduation celebration, hosted by Dean Dr. Mani Alikhani, brought together CTOR’s full-time faculty, collaborators, and special guests including Dr. Rebecca Poling, Dr. Eileen Uribe, Dr. Andrew Spielman, and Dr. Layne Martin. During the evening, Class Representative and CTOR Alumni Group President Dr. Eric Halejian reflected on the cohort’s remarkable three-year journey.
CTOR Academy congratulates the Class of 2025 and wishes them futures filled with purpose, leadership, and continued contributions to the orthodontic profession.
