Clinical Fellowship in Orthodontics

If you are seriously considering Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics as a career, this pre-residency program is the perfect introductory course to this exciting specialty!

The CTOR Clinical Fellowship in Orthodontics is tailored for General Dentists and Pediatric Dentists interested in expanding their knowledge in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and preparing themselves for the rigors of specialty training in this field.

This 5-month program will update the clinician’s knowledge of facial growth and provide the skills needed to accurately diagnose orthodontics and dentofacial problems. Fellows will receive training in Orthodontics diagnosis and treatment planning, orthodontics appliances and their applications, basic biomechanics principles, and early interceptive orthodontics approaches, while learning to identify more complex and severe occlusal and skeletal problems that should be referred to an Orthodontist.

Clinical Fellowship in Dentofacial Orthopedics

This fellowship is designed for Orthodontists that would like to continue their education after graduating from their specialty/residency program.

The CTOR Clinical Fellowship in Dentofacial Orthopedics combines the latest orthodontics treatment approaches with advanced biomechanics principles that allow orthodontists to treat severe skeletal and dental deformities non-surgically with an efficient and predictable approach.

Fellows will be introduced to NIM therapy, learn to combine precise mechanics with the latest advances in bone and cartilage biology, and master new concepts and technologies that expand the boundaries of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedic corrections.
