CTOR Awards @ IADR 2025 General Session

At the 2025 IADR General Session in Barcelona, CTOR proudly continued its mission to support and recognize excellence in orthodontic research through two distinguished awards presented by CTOR Press.

CTOR Press INNOVATION Award for Excellence in Orthodontics Research
Presented by Dr. Chinapa Sangsuwon, CEO of CTOR Press and Secretary/Treasurer of the Orthodontics Research Group, this award honors exceptional early-career researchers who are advancing the field through groundbreaking scientific contributions.

Recipient:
Zejin Liu (Sichuan University, China)
Research title: Endogenous Stress Regulates Gli1+ MSC-mediated Development via Piezo1/TWEAK–MAPK Pathway
Liu's work provides critical insight into the role of mechanotransduction and biological stress in craniofacial development and regeneration.


CTOR Award for Student Excellence in Orthodontics
This award recognizes outstanding research conducted by students in the field of orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics, selected from presentations at the IADR conference.
